26V211: Recalling certain 2026 Montana fifth wheel recreational trailers. The underbelly may be improperly secured, causing it to detach.
Dealers will install C-channels and I-beams to secure the underbelly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected mailed May 28, 2026. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone’s number for this recall is 26-482. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 28, 2026.
26V221: Recalling certain 2026 Westbrook and Avenger travel trailers. The Federal Placard label may list an incorrect dry weight. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.”
Dealers will replace the label, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 16, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-260-499-2100.
26V183: Recalling certain 2024-2026 GXV Hilt recreational vehicles. The entry door position switch may not make adequate contact to read that the door is closed, which allowed the steps to deploy unexpectedly.
Dealers will install a ground signal to the door switch circuit, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 18, 2026. Owners may contact Storyteller customer service at 1-888-999-7442.
