26V090: Certain 2025 Transit vehicles. The brake pedal may disconnect from the brake booster pushrod, causing a loss of brake function and increasing the risk of a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 105, “Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems.” Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the remedy has been completed. PREVOST CAR INC.
26V095: Certain H3-45 and H3-45 VIP vehicles equipped with aftermarket exterior driver-side mirrors. The mirror exhibits excessive play and may detach, reducing the driver’s visibility and becoming a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash. ROSSMONSTER VANS
26V100: Certain 2023-2025 Baja Ex and Baja LX motorhomes equipped with Carli extended stainless-steel front brake lines. The brake lines may have been incorrectly routed, allowing the brake line to contact the front tire.
