REV GROUP, NOW PART OF TEREX, UNVEILS 2027 COACHES
Following a February 2026 merger between REV Group and Terex Corporation, the newly formed Terex RV Group is moving forward. Its brands include American Coach, Fleetwood RV, and Holiday Rambler in Decatur, Indiana, and Renegade RV in Bristol, Indiana.

Terex RV Group hosted its first Dealer Sumit this May at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, introducing 2027 models and floor plans from American Coach, Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, and Renegade RV.
Terex Corporation produces specialized industrial vehicles such as fire trucks, ambulances, waste and recycling, utilities, and construction.
At the 2026 Terex Dealer Summit held in Indianapolis, Indiana, in May, Terex RV Group president Gary Gunter said company officials are “very optimistic about the future. Terex brings tremendous resources and operational expertise for us. Most importantly, our focus remains the same: Supporting dealers, supporting customers and, again, continuing to make sure we’re building the best quality product,” according to RVBusiness.com.
Among the immediate investments Terex has made to the new RV Group are an 81,000-square-foot facility on the Renegade campus and a new predelivery inspection facility in Decatur.
The company introduced its 2027 model year lineup across all brands during the Dealer Summit. The Renegade lineup includes one new model, the 42-foot-11-inch Renegade Explorer TS. Built on Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation’s new Cascadia 116 P5 platform, it’s available in two floor plans (42RB and 42BB). New floor plans were also revealed in the Villagio, Valencia, Veracruz, and Verona lines.
The American Eagle models now include a redesigned dashboard, offering 75 percent more walk-through space in front of the passenger seat; a new “fresco” window next to the driver’s seat; and Starlink offered as standard equipment, among other features.
Fleetwood and Holiday Rambler unveiled the Fleetwood Palisade 40H, a bath-and-a-half Class A motorhome on a tag-axle chassis. Also new: the Fleetwood Discovery/Holiday Rambler Endeavor 38K, the Fleetwood Frontier 39B, and the Fleetwood Altitude/Holiday Rambler Incline FS600D.
FANTASY RV RAISES $200K FOR MAKE-A-WISH, APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT
Fantasy RV Tours, FRVA’s exclusive travel partner, raised a record-setting $200,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation during its 2026 Homecoming Rally at the Coastal Georgia RV Resort in Brunswick, Georgia, in April, doubling the total raised in previous years.

During the rally’s two-hour auction, guests contributed $100,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Fantasy founder/CEO Nel Filliger matched those donations, bringing the total donation to $200,000. The funds will support Make-A-Wish Georgia to grant at least 20 wishes for children with critical illnesses. Since 2015, Fantasy has raised nearly $800,000 “to help bring joy and hope to children and families, just as they once did for my grandson, Dylan.” said Filliger. Dylan passed away at the age of 16 after battling a rare genetic disease.
“During his time in Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Dylan developed a passion for building intricate LEGO creations. His wish was to visit Legoland and ride a train. Through Make-A-Wish, that dream became a reality,” Filliger said. “We are deeply grateful to our guests for embracing this mission alongside us, and to Make-A-Wish for the life-changing work they do to uplift children and families during incredibly difficult times.”
In other company news, Stacey Rabung was announced as the company’s new president. Rabung joined Fantasy in 2016 and became chief operating officer in 2023. She will continue in that role and, as president, will oversee the company’s leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance. Nel Filliger will remain involved in the company’s strategic initiatives and serve as chairman of the board.
RV/MH HALL OF FAME UPDATES
The history of the RV and manufactured housing industries continues to evolve at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Indiana.
“We’re excited to refresh the look and feel of the museum by bringing in a new perspective that enhances the visitor experience,” said museum director Jose Rodriguez.
Among the changes, the hall of fame is expanding its collection and introducing updated exhibit signage that highlights the different eras of RVing. A new 21,000-square-foot Scoular Manufactured Housing Museum features full-size homes, historical displays, and interactive exhibits that explore how factory-built housing has involved.
The RV Founders Hall includes motorhomes, trailers, and memorabilia that date back to the 1920s. Approximately 60 historical RVs are featured, along with industry archives. Exhibits include a Family RV Association display.
To celebrate the United States’ 250th anniversary, a new exhibit will examine RV travel throughout history and include interactive elements.
RV parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $40 and includes 30-amp electric and water with access to a dump station. Museum admission is free to those parking on-site. Regular admission is $20.56 for adults, $15.89 for seniors, $12.15 for children ages 6 to 16, and free for children 5 and under. Family pricing is also available.

RV RESTRICTIONS FOR ZION NATIONAL PARK
According to the Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office in St. George, Utah, the Zion-Mount Carmel Highway (State Route 9) and Tunnel is no longer accessible to large vehicles. This will impact travelers who plan to visit Zion National Park.
Some larger vehicles, including RVs, tour buses, and trailers, struggle when navigating the highway’s tight curves and narrow bridges.
According to nps.gov, vehicles longer than 35 feet 9 inches, wider than 7 feet 10 inches, and taller than 11 feet 4 inches, or those weighing over 50,000 pounds will no longer be permitted on the Zion-Mount Carmel Highway between Canyon Junction and the park’s East Entrance. This means many Class A motorhomes and longer fifth wheels will need to plan out their trips to Zion National Park via other routes.
Owners of large vehicles can still access the park if their vehicles are being parked in the large vehicle lot at Zion Canyon Visitor Center (limited space available); if they have a Zion Lodge pass; or if they are camping at Watchman or South Campground. Those who may face the restriction are advised to enter the park through Springdale, Utah, via the South Entrance on State Route 9 to access these locations.

PENNSYLVANIA CAMPGROUNDS CELEBRATE AMERICA 250
The Keystone State has plenty of plans for America’s 250th celebration.
The Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) has been involved with the statewide America250PA initiative for several years, according to the group. They’ve encouraged campgrounds across the state to take part in a special Fourth of July event called “America 250 Parade – PA Camping Style.”
Look for campgrounds throughout Pennsylvania to host a parade during the afternoon of July 4, creating a coordinated celebration that will take place simultaneously at the state’s camping destinations.
PCOA also encourages campgrounds to incorporate elements of Pennsylvania history into their celebrations. The <I>2026 PA Camping Directory<I> features recipes inspired by the state’s past, giving campgrounds the opportunity to host themed activities such as cookoffs, park-wide picnics, and “Revolutionary Recipes” tastings during the holiday weekend.
