Escape To Vermont!
What can you do in early October this year? Think about “Escaping to Vermont‚ to enjoy the richness of the leaf-peeping colors. The Northeast Area is hosting their rally October 8-11, 2025, in Essex Junction, Vermont. But we want you to come early and check out the sights in and around the area.
Check out the Shelburne Museum near Burlington. It is a mixture of history, attractions, and art collections. There is so much to take in that the ticket allows you to return for a second day.
Are you into biking? What a glorious time of year to enjoy the Burlington Greenway Bike Path.
Essex Junction and the surrounding area have several microbreweries to check out. One is 1st Republic Brewing Company, where there is good beer and live music to enjoy.
Fall makes us think of apples, apple cider, and doughnuts. Chapin Orchard in Essex Junction offers all of the above and is a great place to stop and shop. Vermont is known for its quality apples. Crunch!
The Vermont Comedy Club features stand-up, improv, and sketch comedy along with good food, located in downtown Burlington.
Lake Champlain ferries and dinner cruises are a must to do.
Golfing in the cool fall weather is something to check into.
Plan to come early and enjoy the sights of Vermont.
