This FMCA chapter hosted a weekend full of fun activities to commemorate its latest milestone year.

A great mix of longtime Bussin’ Buddies chapter members and newer ones enjoyed a beautiful New England weekend at Travelers Woods campground in Bernardston, Massachusetts, on June 10, 11, and 12, 2022. We gathered to celebrate the chapter’s 45th anniversary.
Everyone enjoyed a fabulous lasagna dinner — homemade by member Laurie Arnold — that was followed by an anniversary cake. The group conversations around the fire each evening at sunset were enjoyed by all.
Saturday began with a pancake breakfast and was followed by members exploring nearby sites and interests. One of the club’s newfound activities, beanbag baseball, provided some lighthearted competition with a lot of laughs. The group enjoyed a terrific multicourse dinner at the French King Restaurant. Following dinner, we held a meeting where club president Dick Porter shared the FMCA certificate commemorating the chapter’s anniversary.
The Bussin’ Buddies chapter was founded with a focus on FMCA members who owned converted buses. The chapter now welcomes all FMCA members, and the membership currently includes all types of RVs, among them a few converted GM buses. The club participates in six rallies each year from June through September and is always looking to add new active members.
