25V813: Certain 2020-2022 Realm and 2022 Realm 450 motorhomes. The pedestal mounting plate may have been improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 207, “Seating Systems,” and 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.” A loose or detached seat assembly may not restrain the occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash. The Occupant and Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) label may list the incorrect cargo carrying capacity information, which can result in an overloaded vehicle.
